Beautiful Smoothie Bowl by @hannasavannah_ 🍓🍑🥥🥄 . . Ingredients for this loaded bowl: 3 frozen bananas, 1 cup frozen mango, 1 peach, 1 tbsp coconut milk, 4 tsp pitaya powder I put one half of the pink smoothie in the freezer while preparing the purple one. I just added 1/2 cup of frozen blackberries and 1 tsp blue spirulina powder to the remaining smoothie base in the blender. I’m gonna have my favourite #nicecream this morning. It’s called a lot.🙏🏼😉 I really need to cool down my overheated brain, I’m hoping this will help.🤷🏼‍♀️ . The recipe👇 – 1 scoop Forever Ultra vanilla – 1 dl unsweetened almond drink to get the blender going – 1 big frozen and very ripe (black dots) banana – 100 g frozen pineapple Mix it all in a high speed blender, serve in a bowl and top it up with whatever makes your soul merry.❤ . The bliss ball recipe👇 – 1 cup dates (if you use medjool dates, soak in water for 5 minutes, then drain well) – 1 cup oats – 2 tsp peanutbutter – 1 tsp cacao 1) Pulse pitted dates in a food processor or blender until they’re in small pieces or it forms a ball. 2) Add oats, cacao and peanut butter and pulse or mix until combined. You want there to be consistently small pieces but not overly processed. 3) Carefully roll into balls (with your hands) and then roll them in coconut flakes. . I’m not sure if this is a chia pudding with smoothie or a smoothie with chia pudding.🤔 Either way, it’s a darn good combo.🤷🏼‍♀️❤ . Today’s recipe (2 port.)👇 Smoothie: – 1 scoop Forever Ultra vanilla protein/nutrition powder – 2 dl coconut milk – 1 frozen very ripe (black spot) banana – 100 g baked, shopped and frozen sweet potato – 100 g frozen cauliflower – 1 tsp cinnamon – 1 tsp peanutbutter Mix it all in a high speed blender. . Chiapudding: – 2 dl coconut milk – 6 tsp chiaseeds – 3 tsp Forever Ultra vanilla protein/nutrition powder Mix and put in the fridge for 30 min. .
